Do you offer a free trial?
Yes! Every plan comes with a 7-day free trial. Sign up, explore the platform, build your AI agents, and see the results before you commit. If it's not the right fit, simply cancel before the trial ends and you won't be charged.
What plans does Arahi AI offer?
Arahi AI offers three plans: Starter ($49/month) for professionals and small teams, Growth ($149/month) for teams automating day-to-day work, and Pro ($349/month) for large teams and enterprise-level organizations. All plans include access to our AI agent marketplace, no-code builder, and app integrations.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan anytime?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately in the next billing cycle. For downgrades, new pricing takes effect at the start of the next billing cycle. We generally do not pro-rate downgrades between billing cycles.
What's the difference between monthly and yearly billing?
Yearly billing offers significant savings compared to monthly billing. For example, the Starter plan is $49/month or $490/year (saving you $98), and the Growth plan is $149/month or $1490/year (saving you $298). You get the same features with annual billing.
What are your refund policies?
Fees are generally non-refundable for change of mind. However, if we terminate your subscription without cause (not due to your breach), we provide a pro-rated refund for the unused portion. If you terminate for our material breach, you may receive a refund of prepaid subscription fees for the period after termination.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) through our secure payment processor. We may apply credit card surcharges for card payments. All payments are processed securely through encrypted systems.
Are there setup fees or hidden costs?
No setup fees or hidden costs. All features listed in each plan are included in the subscription price. You're only responsible for applicable taxes (GST, VAT, sales tax) which are added to your bill as required by law.
What happens if I exceed my plan limits?
Each plan has specific limits for Actions per month and number of users. If you approach your limits, you'll need to upgrade to a higher plan to continue using the service. We reserve the right to suspend service for non-payment or limit violations.
Do you offer Enterprise pricing?
Our Pro plan supports up to 50 users with advanced features like multi-workspaces, multi-projects, and premium support. For larger organizations needing custom solutions, contact our sales team to discuss enterprise options.
How do I start using Arahi AI?
Start your 7-day free trial on any plan, verify your account, and begin creating AI agents right away. You get full access to all plan features during your trial.
How does user billing work?
Each plan includes a specific number of users: Starter (2 users), Growth (10 users), and Pro (50 users). The subscription covers your workspace with the allocated user seats. Additional users require upgrading to a higher plan.
What are Actions and Vendor Credits?
Actions are units of work performed by the Solution (like sending emails, updating CRMs, executing workflows). Vendor Credits are prepaid credits for third-party AI model usage. Both are included in your plan and reset each billing cycle. Unused credits don't roll over and expire upon cancellation.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes, you can cancel anytime by emailing support@arahi.ai. Your subscription will end at the conclusion of your current billing cycle, and you'll retain access until then. Unused Actions and Vendor Credits expire upon cancellation and are non-refundable.
